Save The Date For Your Beach Wedding By Planning Well

For those of you planning your Pensacola Beach wedding and thinking about your wedding day, read on. Like most tourist destinations a beach area can be a good place to have your ceremony, however there are certain dates you will want to avoid. The main reason we say to avoid these dates is overcrowding. Case in point, Memorial Day weekend on Pensacola Beach. I would not recommend having a wedding on this weekend because it’s the unofficial first day of summer. The amount of people is overwhelming and we have had times when we could not get to the beach. Another day I would not recommend is July 4th. Not only do you have to tourists coming to the beach, you have locals coming as well. It is nearly impossible to get out there. Also avoid Blue Angels weekend. We have an air show on the beach which books up hotels, houses and condominiums at least one year in advance. It’s a great show for air show buffs but stressful for weddings. It is very difficult to find a place to stay when accommodations are limited. So these are three dates you may want to avoid coming to Pensacola Beach to have your wedding ceremony. Other areas that are close to Pensacola Beach are not so overcrowded. I would recommend Perdido Key. This area smaller and more intimate. Perdido Key is located on the western edge of Pensacola, which is located on the mainland. Remember that Pensacola and Pensacola Beach are two different areas separated by 2 bridges and a small area called Gulf Breeze, about 5 miles. I know most of you want the best for your beach wedding in Pensacola and together we can make it happen.

Calling All Bling Rings For Weddings On The Beach

Getting married in Gulf Shores and still haven’t picked out that ring? Well take a look at Mariah Carey’s 35 carat emerald cut diamond engagement ring. You could put a city on it, it’s so big. The designer of the ring was Wilfredo Rosado and he spent 12 hours a day for 2 weeks to complete the ring. He had an army of people helping him. I wish she’d come here and let me do a beach wedding for her. In my dreams. Most of you have dreams of your own when it comes to your engagement ring. Describe what you like to the jeweler and see what they choose. Make sure to try on the ring to see how it looks on your finger. Everyone’s hands are different so take your time on choosing. It’s going to be a shining star to remind you of that wonderful day you were proposed to. I’m a big fan of emerald cut myself. What’s your favorite cut? Sometimes you may be handed down a ring that someone’s grandmother or mother once owned. Think about the generations this ring may have been passed down to and will be passed down to through your children. One of my friends took the stones from her grandmother’s engagement ring and had them reset into a different setting that reflected her style. Tell me your story about your ring.  Write down the story so when your children get older you can share the story and the day you were asked to become a bride on the beach.

Want To Get Married On The Beach In Spring

If you’re thinking about a wedding on Pensacola Beach you’ve come to the right place. We offer packages for brides and grooms. Our prices are very affordable. We can recommend accommodations for you and your guests as well as salons, florist, and restaurants. So what are the advantages of a destination wedding? My answer to that would be white sand the color and texture of sugar and clear water. Water so clear you can wade out to your waist, look down and still see your toes. The water here is very warm compared to the Atlantic Ocean This spring and summer here are spectacular for ceremonies on the sand with the Gulf of Mexico breezes blowing gently, the waves lap on the shore beckoning feet. Fall brings Indian summer to the gulf coast of Florida and Alabama. You won’t find anything like this area anywhere in the United States. The most ideal areas for the two of you to tie the knot is right here. Ride down the beach and get so close to the water you can throw a seashell in to it. The water is a memory you will take home with you.   We can accommodate everything from elopements to larger weddings. We also do vow renewals for those of you we want to marry that wonderful person again. With so much to do and beautiful surroundings you can’t go wrong in this one area. I promise you will come back again to relive your day to shine in the sun.

Music Star Wedding On The Beach

Speaking of beach weddings, a mega-hit music star recently tweeted a question to her fans. The question was church wedding or beach wedding? And of course I saw it on line. I signed into twitter and tweeted her. My suggestions were either Trinidad or Hawaii. This particular music star is from Trinidad and with the beautiful beaches there I thought it would be a perfect backdrop for her wedding. I’m sure she could get away from all of her fans and the paparazzi. Or Hawaii another good choice for a famous person. It would be very hard for a famous person to go anywhere and pull off a secret wedding. But with the two islands that I mentioned I thought this would be a great way for her to have a wedding. Even though she is flamboyant she’s still a bride and would probably want a quiet wedding. Of course I could be wrong here altogether you never know. I’m looking forward to seeing if she responds to my tweet. I know the chances are slim but it would be fun to see if she did. I’ve never performed the wedding ceremony for anyone famous by volleys wondered what it would be like. How many people would be there, what kind of decorations would the happy couple have? Does your questions I ask myself. If money was no object what would you want for your beach wedding? E-mail me today and let me know, it’s always fun to think about the what ifs in life.

Bride And Dog In Wedding

When you’re planning to get married on Pensacola Beach some of you may have some form of disability. We had at least three brides last year who had disabilities and we made their ceremonies memorable ones. In the news recently a bride had her service dog at her wedding. I’m sure you’ve all seen this on the news. I’m glad her picture went viral to call attention to how brides cope with the stress and excitement of planning a wedding. The bride’s dog is named Bella, a yellow lab, and she wore a pink tutu. Along with the bride’s dad Bella walled down the aisle too. The bride’s gown was a floor length dress with a sweetheart neckline. The bride’s name is Valerie and she suffers from anxiety, panic disorders and migraines. Her service dog Bella helps her by alerting her minutes before something goes wrong. Bella was able to keep Valerie calm throughout the ceremony. Valerie says that she wouldn’t be able to live her life to the fullest without her dog. I know a lot if you out there are going to have some stress and excitement during your weddings. It’s nice to have someone to turn to when you need some support. Even though a beach wedding can be a lot less stressful than a church wedding there will always be butterflies. That’s perfectly normal. So let’s all learn from this enchanting tale of a bride and her dog.  For all you dog lovers out there we have dog friendly beaches.

The Bride Should Shine Brighter

If you’re getting married in Pensacola beach it is my honor to give you a design that makes you shine brighter than anything at your wedding. Yesterday I had a sweet bride call me and asked me why I didn’t have large arbors. Well at one time I did have large arbors and when I looked at the pictures after the weddings the one thing I noticed was the first thing your eye went to was the arbor and not the bride. I had a problem with that.  I think your eye should go to the bride and groom not some design. When you are putting up decorations they should flatter people and not overshadow people. It doesn’t matter what kind of event you have, the outcome should be the same. What you’re getting married on the beach or giving a speech you must be the center of attention. That’s when I started designing smaller decorations for weddings. In my opinion they look better. What is the old saying I always hear, less is more. And it’s true. In photography if you have too many props you clutter the photograph. Your eye is going all over the place and you can’t focus on one thing. And the next couple weeks when I get a chance to go back out on the beach I’m going to be setting up some brand new designs that I think you’re all going to like. I’m going be focusing on the color of 2016 weddings which will be a light blue. It’s going to be mixed with other colors and I would like for all of you to comment. It means a lot to me to get your feedback.
